We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and provide a substantive reply within 10 business days, subject to any shorter legal deadline.
Tickets & payment questions
Send your order code, purchase email, approximate payment date and a short description of the issue. If money appears to have left your account but you have no ticket, check spam and your payment status, then contact us before paying again. Never send a full card number, CVV, banking password or one-time code. A redacted screenshot is enough when needed.
Refunds & merchandise
For a refund or return, include the item or ticket, order code, your contact details and the outcome requested. See Terms & conditions for the separate rules for dated event tickets and online merchandise. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the return arrangements. You do not need special legal wording to make a complaint or exercise a right.

For mobility access, sensory concerns or costume-prop questions, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm arrangements. The venue address is for attendance and is not the organiser’s registered address or a postal returns address.
Complaints & privacy requests
For a complaint, describe what happened and the resolution you want. For personal-data requests, use the subject ‘Privacy request’; the Privacy policy explains your rights and response periods. You may also approach the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency for consumer matters, or the State Audit Office of Georgia for personal-data matters, and/or a competent court. Contacting us first is helpful but is not a condition for exercising those rights.
