01The event & your agreement

Horror Circus is an 18+ Halloween anime event by Anime Cell in Tbilisi, Georgia, scheduled for 31 October 2026 at Elektrowerk, 2 Beri Gabriel Salosi I Turn. Doors are scheduled to open at 18:00, Tbilisi time (UTC+4). The programme includes cosplay, live music and entertainment. Your ticket covers the admission and benefits expressly listed for the selected ticket; merchandise, food and drinks are separate unless expressly included.

These terms govern purchases from the Georgian individual entrepreneur identified below, trading as Anime Cell. The event description, selected items, final price and confirmation form part of your agreement. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. Keep a copy of these terms and your confirmation. If checkout is marked unavailable or as a test, no real purchase is offered.

02Prices, payment & delivery

Prices are stated in Georgian lari (GEL / ₾). The total shown before payment includes applicable taxes and any charges collected by us. Optional merchandise requires your selection. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges. Online payments, when enabled, are processed through Keepz; we do not receive your full card number or security code.

After confirmed payment, QR tickets are made available on the confirmation page and sent to the email entered at checkout. Check the address before paying and contact support if confirmation is missing. A pending or failed payment is not a valid ticket. Merchandise is collected at the event using the order code; shipping is not included. If you cannot collect it, contact us to arrange an alternative. An uncollected item is not automatically forfeited.

03Admission & a safer circus

All attendees must be at least 18 on the event date. Bring a valid photo ID for age verification and your QR ticket. Each QR code admits one person and is validated on first use; do not publish or share it. Contact support before transferring a ticket or if it has been exposed. A cosplay application does not itself grant admission or confirm a performance slot.

Follow lawful staff instructions and venue safety rules. Harassment, violence, illegal substances and dangerous weapons or props are not permitted. Staff may inspect costume props and refuse entry or remove a person where reasonably necessary for age compliance or safety. Decisions must be proportionate and non-discriminatory; any refund question is assessed under these terms and applicable law. Loud music, theatrical scares and flashing lights may be used. Contact support about access requirements before booking; we will confirm the venue arrangements available.

04Tickets, cancellations & refunds

A ticket is for a leisure event on a specific date. The statutory 14-day, no-reason withdrawal right does not apply to this ticket under Article 14(2)(k) of Georgia’s Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. A change of mind or inability to attend does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund. This exception does not remove your rights if the event is cancelled or the agreed service is not provided.

If we cancel the event, we will offer a refund of the ticket price and mandatory booking charges paid to us. If the date or venue materially changes, we will notify affected buyers and offer the choice of accepting the change or receiving that refund. We will not replace a refund with a voucher without your agreement. Minor running-order or performer changes may occur, but do not limit remedies where an essential promised part of the service is missing.

Send refund requests through the support contacts below, with your order code and purchase email. For cancellation refunds, our policy is to initiate repayment within 14 calendar days of receiving enough information to identify the order, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost. Your bank’s posting time may vary. Mandatory legal deadlines and remedies always take precedence. Travel and accommodation are not part of your booking with us; any claim for additional loss is assessed under applicable law.

05Merchandise returns

For ordinary merchandise ordered online, notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving it if you wish to withdraw without giving a reason, then return it within 7 calendar days of that notice. Contact support for return arrangements; the event venue is not our returns office. You pay direct return costs for a change-of-mind return. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; unnecessary handling that reduces their value may affect the refund. We voluntarily apply this policy to all ordinary merchandise ordered here.

Refunds include the eligible item price and any standard delivery charge, and are made within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice; we may wait until the goods or proof of their return are received. Any lawful exception, such as goods made to your personal specifications, must be disclosed before purchase. A mystery bundle is not automatically exempt. Defective or incorrect items remain covered by statutory remedies, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination where applicable; necessary costs of resolving a defect are ours.

Optional withdrawal notice: ‘I withdraw from the purchase of [item], order [code], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Contact email: […]. Date: […].’ Send it to support. You may also use any other clear statement; this wording is not compulsory. Sign only if submitting on paper.

06Questions, rights & changes

Contact support about a complaint and include the outcome you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge messages within 2 business days and provide a substantive reply within 10 business days; statutory deadlines remain unaffected. You may contact the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) or a competent court without first exhausting our support process.

Georgian law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We publish Georgian and English versions; any inconsistency must be resolved consistently with mandatory law and consumer protections. Updated terms apply to future orders, not retroactively to completed purchases without your agreement. The version date appears above.
